I made a phone call, received an email with the rates (which were the best around), deposited the money into their account. Received another email to say they had received my money and gave me a tracking number and 24 hours later had my foreign exchange delivered. STRESS FREE. Happy customer.

Everything went smoothly and the money was in my account the very next day. I even gave incomplete card details and I had a friendly call from them to sort it out, along with various confirmation emails about the order. Very pleased with the service and I will definitely use them next time I need to buy or sell currency.

Written on: 08/03/2016 byThey pay the best exchange rates and have an office you can exchange at.I chose this company as I was not happy sending cash notes through the postal system and within easy walking distance from Charing Cross station,Covent Garden FX worked fine for me.They offer substantially more than any High Street Bank or Exchange companies.I would highly recommend them to anyone. My trip to London proved very positive. Thankyou
